Pam Kelly
Pam Kelly
Pamela Kelly has been teaching yoga for 10+ years and offers a creative slow-flow class that is available to all levels of practitioner. Each session incorporates classic yoga poses and no two sequences are ever the same. With a focus on breath and mindful movement, paired with Pamela’s unique and funky playlists, students have time and space to learn about their bodies and to connect to a deeper sense of self. Options are provided to modify poses based on students’ needs so that a newer yogi will enjoy the class as much as an advanced practitioner.
“Understanding that all bodies and minds are separate and distinct, my overarching goal is to provide a meaningful and bespoke experience to each person in my class.”
