When
Where
Glyndor Terrace Garden

Wellness retreat host Sara Hart and sound healer Andrew Campbell guide this combined sensory and sound bath experience accompanied by the melodious tones of singing bowls and chimes. Feel the connection to the surrounding trees and the ground beneath you as the sounds and vibrations deepen your meditative state.
Program takes place in the Glyndor Terrace Garden with the woodlands and our grand old red oak tree as a backdrop. Participants are encouraged to explore the exhibition Trees we breathe in Glyndor Gallery before the program. Rain location: Armor Hall.
Advance registration is encouraged, online or by calling 718.549.3200 x251. Day-of registration based on availability and is not guaranteed. Questions? Please email us at information@wavehill.org or call the telephone number and extension above.
The Glyndor Terrace Garden is accessible via a bluestone path that begins south of the Glyndor House entrance and continues along its western perimeter towards an ADA-compliant ramp located at the Glyndor Terrace Garden’s north entrance. Participants should expect to sit on the ground during the program; a limited number of chairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. All participants should bring a water bottle and a mat.
