Meet the Artist: Katherine Miranda

Join New York Community Trust Van Lier Fellow Katherine Miranda and Curator of Visual Arts Eileen Jeng Lynch for a conversation about Miranda’s installation that transforms the Sun Porch into a reverential and contemplative space. They will explore the familial and ancestral histories in Miranda’s work—specifically memory, longing, loss, and resiliency associated with their grandparents’ love story as well as the Wisteria tree that embraces the outside of the Sun Porch.
