Meet at Perkins Visitor Center

What better way to celebrate the earth than by exploring Wave Hill with guest educator Corinne Flax? Experience a walking meditation, gaining inspiration from the beauty of Wave Hill's grounds and gardens using all of your senses. Then move through a series of yoga-based poses and games, focusing on the power of the breath, how it gives our bodies energy, and moves us through our days. The movement practice will help create a connection between our bodies, the earth, and the powerful forces of wind and air. Recommended for ages three to eight. Severe weather cancels.
Registration is not required. Questions? Please email us at information@wavehill.org or call 718.549.3200 x251.
Walks follow a variety of routes along mixed-material pathways and varying elevations.
