Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, forest bathing boosts your immune system and cardiovascular strength, reduces stress and improves cognitive functioning while deepening your relationship to nature. Earth Day event. Space is limited; adults only, please. Rain date: Sunday, April 25.

Registration required, online or by calling 718.549.3200 x251. The program fee includes admission to the grounds. Space is limited. If you have any questions about this program or registration, please contact us at 718.549.3200 x251 or information@wavehill.org. Social distancing and proper mask wearing required.
