Fiery Fall Sunset Yoga

Experience a free session of community yoga on our Great Lawn with unforgettable views of the Hudson River and Palisades at their colorful fall peak. Join us as we wrap up our 2024 yoga season at this special sunset class with Sara Hart of Artemis Audio & Ayurveda. Please bring a yoga mat. Fall Foliage Fest event.

Ages 12 and older welcome with an adult.

Registration not required for this drop-in event.

This is a beginner level class that can be modified. Class is usually held on the main lawn and is accessible via flat paved paths. Occasionally the location may change due to other activity on the grounds. The instructor uses a portable speaker. Moves indoors in case of inclement weather; some indoor spaces are accessible only by stairs. If you have any injuries or restrictions, please let the instructor know before class.
