Special events at Wave Hill raise vital support for Wave Hill, a world-class public garden and cultural center overlooking the Hudson River and Palisades.

The annual Spring Garden Gala, for instance, supports programs in horticulture, education and the arts. The Gardeners' Party, held each fall, benefits the horticulture collection and the garden's landscape. It is hosted by Wave Hill's Friends of Horticulture Committee, a group of ardent gardeners and Wave Hill supporters. Each winter, the Friends of Horticulture Committee also sponsors a series of Horticultural Lectures. These are devoted to landscape design and the meaning of our interactions with plants and the natural world.
